Refund Policy

Physical products

You can return physical products within 30 days after delivery for a full refund if the item is defective, damaged or does not match the description. Return shipping costs are covered by the seller for defective items.

To start a return, go to your Orders page and select "Request a return" for the order concerned.

Digital products

Because of the nature of digital downloads, refunds are only available if the product differs significantly from its description or if the download link does not work. Please contact support with proof of the problem.

Processing time

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval. Funds will be returned to your Savah balance or to the original payment method.

Non-refundable items

• Customized or made-to-order products
• Gift cards and prepaid cards once used
• Perishable goods
• Items damaged by misuse by the buyer
